Yes you can but not all de-worming products are safe to use during pregancy. Contact your vet and they will be able to advise you on the safest and most effective product (ask about Panacur)

Yes you can and its very important to do so, But it is best bought from the vets as some worming tablets are unsuitable for pregnant cats and young kittens. and can do more harm than good but by not worming your cat while pregnant will pass the parasite on to the kittens through the mothers milk so it really does need to be done. Also kittens need to be dewormed from two weeks old by speacial liquid kitten dewormer and every 3 weeks after that untill they are twelve weeks old.

It is not recommended, unless you are having a vet do it, the average gestation is about 60-63 days. She can wait, once she is done with her kittens you can have her spayed and wormed all at the same time, please read medications that should not be given while pregnant

You think your capable of worming a cat? You can't even use the spell check button, so shoving drugs down your cats throat is going to be a 'bridge too far!'
