Lazerus was raised from the dead, Lazerus Has eternal Life just as every believer who belives that Jesus Died and Rose again and has asked for forgiveness and let the lord be lord of their lives

Yes, He did. He raised him the first time to prove a point about His power and the power that we would all have over death, Hell and the grave one day. He had to let him die again because Lazarus was flesh that had seen corruption, meaning he'd been dead more than three days and it wasn't time in God's plan for the Rapture yet. Yes, Lazarus evertually died again. Jesus Himself is the only one who did not die again after being raised from the dead.
