Any ideas of what would ship in the mail and be delivered in decent shape (not all broken up) to my boy I would appreciate. He is staying just a few miles away from our home but I still want him to get a treat in the mail from his mom.

Pilsbury does make the little pre-cut cookies with pumpkins & ghosts on them - sprinkle them with colored sugar before you bake them & they should ship pretty good if you put them in baggies then wrap that in bubble wrap, then put all of that in a box! I make those with my children, they love it. So sorry you won't have your son for Halloween - I do have mine for The Big Night but that's the only holiday this year that I have them! So I understand how you must be feeling. Also, you could do the regular roll of chocolate chip cookie dough & make him those but decorate them with sugar pumpkins, or do sugar cookies & decorate those with candy corn - be sure to make cookies WITH him when you get him back home with you!!!!

YOUR CHOICE OF GARNISHES
MIX CAKE BATTER AS DIRECTED
POUR BATTER 1/2 WAY IN CONES
PLACE CONES IN 13X9 BAKING PAN STRAIGHT UP AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS FOR BAKING CUPCAKES
WHEN ALMOST COOLED FROST ALLOWING THE FROSTING TO DRIP A BIT DOWN THE SIDES AND GARNISH!!!!!
ALSO HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF COOKIE POPS?

ANY REFRIDGERATED COOKIE DOUGH
POPSCICLE STICKS
CANDY BAR MINI'S
TAKE YOUR LITTLE CANDY BARS AND UNWRAP THEM AN INSERT STICKS IN THEM AND WRAP UP WITH THE COOKIE DOUGH AND BAKE AS DIRECTED ON THE COOKIE DOUGH WRAPPER!!!
