Need a few more details about why you don't want to go!!
If it's because you don't like your date, don't go, if not, then what have you got to lose unless there's something REALLY interesting on the telly tonight??
Go out and enjoy life, you only live once!!

Well, I'm guessing you don't want to go because you don't like the guy, but I would go! Just be open to the possibility of you liking him and having a good time! If you don't, at the end of the date, you can let him know that you enjoyed your time with him but aren't really interested in going further romantically. But hey, see what happens!

i went on a date last night i did not want to go, BUT i did and when i went i had a great time, if you get there and you do not like it then always have someone on hand that you can text and ask them to make you a false call! you know the sort of call that means you have to leave it always works!!! also ask yourself why you dont wanna go is it because your nervous? if that is a yes then build up the courage and go you haev nothing to lose, if it is another reason then weigh up your options, going on girl give it a go! good luck

I went on a date I didn`t want to go on. I made a date with the waiter when my date wasn`t looking!
The waiter and me went out for 2 years!
You never know what will happen - but if you don`t go you`ll never know!

If it's going to make you miserable, don't go. Your date-to-be will get over it. But if you do go and because of your state of mind the evening turns out really rotten, for you and your date, things will be difficult to patch up later.

don't go but tell the guy, don't stand him up. He'll hate being on a date with someone that doesn't wanna be there trust me. If you tell him now he cans still get a dvd and some beers in and probably have more fun on his own.

if you dont want to go then dont. just say your ill or something. you never know tho, it could be fun!
if you do go and you are not enjoying yourself on the date, just make an excuse to leave. pretend to have a text msg with an emergency or a phone call.who cares-you will never see him again anyway and its something to look back at and laugh at!!!!lol x

Seems to me like you're just nervous. Do you like the person? I think you should go. If you find you don't want to be there, make something up and just leave. I think you'll feel better about yourself later if you just go. Otherwise you might sit around and pout.

call your date now and tell him that you cannot make it...dont leave your date hanging round waiting for you for hours...just call and tell him you have to work, or theres a family crisis...once it's done, it's done, but dont leave the poor guy hanging round waiting for you, it would be courteous of you to call him and then in the future you may change your mind and go out with him again sometime

WELL you said you didn't want 2 go....so then Y GO? Makes no sense. don't push yourself to do something you are not comfortable with okay?
Stay home, get comfy on your couch and take a nap or read a good book.
