My boyfriend is always so friendly with this girls that lives in the apartments where we're staying at and when they go out together they always give me two different storys and they lie to me and it has happened 3 times already. Also if I tell him something about it he goes and tells her. I feel like he is cheating on me with her.

It sounds to me like he is sharing more then just conversation with her. Especially if they are sharing lies. Most men are usually nice to a girl that they just meet but if there are conversations going on and lies that they don't want to share then don't throw caution to the wind. Try being nice to some guys in the apartment and act like they do and see what happens

Yes - I am not saying that they are screwing - thats not the point. He is at the very least having a mental screw with her. And int he mean time - he dosent seem to care if he is messing up with you. No man deserve you if they rather be somewhere else. So I say let him go and move on.
