When i meditate i can listen, see, and control my heartbeats as long as iam visualizing a little girl on a swing moving to and fro making a regular voice.
When i slow the swing down my pulses get slower
to..and..fro..to..and..fro..to..and..fro..to..and..fro
my heart tells me slow down and stop suddenly. stop thinking for a while because you need a mute moment after a long busy week... you need to love yourself for only one day every week....

Yes i do actually, It tells me that no mateer how tough life is or how ever down u are..Life is what u make of it so smile and enjoy every minute

yes i sit in silence yo hear my very own heartbeats and these help me realise all that i have done till then it helps me to regain my concentration and helps me to remain calm!!!
