The first, and most obvious answer, would be to take the guns away from them! We need to find ways to identify the shooters long before they get the idea to kill. We can place blame in many different places, but we need first to look inside the home where our future killers live.

1) When parents start taking more time to instill morals and values in their children, instead of letting the TV do it, and
2) When teens (and adults) are unable to purchase firearms without extensive background checks and waiting periods, and
3) We jack up the price of ammunition to $500 per bullet (I forget which comedian first suggested this), only then will we see this type of crime lessen.
The extra ammo money could be used for prosecutions and victim assistance.

We could teach them that there is a God that loves them and that they shouldn't be doing this because the should be serving God.
We could teach them creation instead of evolution
We could teach them what is right and wrong according to the bible.
We could limit their viewing of violent movies and spend more quality time with them
But you know what we won't.
We will try to outlaw guns, knives, sticks, and anything sharp, but won't deal with the real problem of what is inside of them.
They are frustrated about all the divorces and dysfunctional families and they see that life is not going to continue the way it is much longer..
We won't turn to God, so nothing positive will happen..

Parents need to take responsibility for their children. They need to Pay attention to their children's lives. They need to teach their children MORALS, and GOOD JUDGMENT, which the majority of this planet does not have anymore because they are all about themselves. All three of my children know gun safety. And I know every aspect of what goes on in their lives. I am an active parent in their schools and extra curricular activities. They know they can talk to me about ANYTHING. How many of you Whiny people out there can say the same things about their children???

When they stop spreading it on the media...
Just like with terrorists, the media is a great way to get attention.
I am really close to never watching/reading the news...we are simply being fed negativity and propaganda.

You are living in a country where selling arm is as easy as selling candies. The kids are always exposed to war scene. They always know that USA is fighting with some country, whichever it may be. Some have their dad, uncles and other family members in the army. Arms, wars, killing is so normal to them, and fun too. They are growing in a fascist country which disguise itself as the international police. How to stop kids shooting? How to stop their government shooting at innocent people for the thirst of petrol?
