Nuts are good for muscle mass due to the high amounts of protein. They have fat, but it's good fat and much better than eating a bag of potatoe chips saturated in transfats, monosodiumglutamate, and hydrogenated vegetable oils.

Sadly the only nuts good for weight loss, are mens nuts...regular sex is a great way to burn calories.
Positions with the woman on top are particulrly good for weight loss, and can help tone the thighs and breasts.

Most all nuts are pretty fattening. I've never heard of any that help you lose weight? Good question.

I think all nuts are good for you. Just avoid the salty or artificial altered nuts. Natural is the key, here.

first - no nut will make you lose weight. but on diets, almonds and walnuts are good sources or the good kinds of fat and protein.
