If all humans immediately, there would still be creatures with circadian rhythms that prepare for the future, so yes, the mental concept of "tomorrow" would persist.
Also, the motion of the sun and planets is not dependent on human influence.

there would be a tomorrow for the animals, but every body else would have to wait 26 days until halloween to come out as their spirits. no trick or treating, just roam the streets.

yes, and I'd think the animals would be happy, so we stop tearing down their homes and it'd be like it was thousands of years ago, but with more pollution.
