We have been dating for 4 months and hes never kissed or hugged a girl and he wont hug me. Or tells me that he loves me.

When your walking together, crack a joke and as your laughing, lean into him and take his hand an keep laughing at your joke-hopefully it will be a funny one. He will not even realize what is happening until it's over and trust me...he will be relieved. It's very nerve wracking making the first move. Even guys that date frequently will tell you that it's very hard to work yourself up to.
As for the "I love you" part, how can he possibly "love" you when he hasn't explored or seen all dimensions of you? C'mon, be real

well he wouldn't love you in four months,but if he's not hugging you and not kissing you , then he most likely isn't a hugger or kisser. what you are seeing in a preview of what you will get from him should you go any further.if you like hugs and kisses than he's not your man and there is no changing a grown man.i am speaking from experience and four years have gone by without any romance so I've ended the relationship.

once you're walking next to eachother, casually hit his hand gently as if it were organic and type of carry it till he catches on:) in case you've been perfect friends he probable is so used to performing like only a pal he isn't any longer particular the thanks to take the first step. As to the kissing concern, once you 2 hug earlier you section procedures, seem up at him into his eyes to furnish him a contact. the subsequent time you dangle out if he nevertheless would not kiss you, kiss his hand or cheek then hug him again and walk away. once you're halfway out the door seem again at him and 1/2 smile. okay maybe your the one wanting to move really fast, if he has not kissed nor hugged a girl maybe you should just let him come to you and when he is ready for it he will let you know. or you could dup him and move on or if you really care about him just stay with him. but babe you should not want to move so fast, when someone else is not ready.

do it to him!! if you two are alone somewhere, just lightly brush his hand, and then hold it! if that is ok then try progressing further! make sure to keep it slow if hes a bit shy!
