My best friend is always hitting me playfully. She is a girl, I'm a guy, we are 15, and people keep saying she is flirting. Today, for example, she just hit me in the head with a school book (lol) for no reason. We have known each other for 2 years. First off, do you think this actually is her way of flirting? She doesn't do it to other people. And also, what should I do back? Should I also playfully mess around with her?

yes she is flirting. no doubt about it. UNLESS you are really not attractive and she just sees you as a true best friend who she can mess with w/o consequences. But if you are attractive and you are not the kind of friends who really do tell each other everything then she definitely wants you more than a friend and is flirting with you

I think if someone was hitting me with a book, I'd ask them to stop doing it! Ask her in private why she did it. You could always say 'when you do things like that it makes people think that you are flirting with me' and see what she says.

No hitting is a sign of feeling inferior. talk to her about this tell her you are not a mule and do not need nor like being hit, Tell her to speak to you to get your attention, but no hitting allowed, She may think it is a cute way to get your attention, when rather it is an invitation for others to club you as you are allowing this to happen. It appears to make you look weak. and this little girl is saying look at me i can hit this big guy , so he is mine

Yes, you must notice that this 'playfull hitting' is a way of TOUCHING you just as a caress would be, but a caress would be innapropriate, so the touching is coming in 'desguise'. So, yes it is flirting. If you are interested, you can do the same to her.

you should just ask her out boy what are you wating for dog she like you next time you see her just KISS her don't be scare.
if i were her i won't be scare and she dose know you for two year.
just ask her to help ypu on your home work or something and if she say yes then mak a move on her befor she ask some one
else in stead of you so don't be SCARD.
