You need a reality check but no, age does not matter, I mean a reality check for yourself. What he does and says to you will tell you if he loves you or is just with you for the sex.
23 and 35 is not so big of a difference, you should ask me, LOL, between me and mine there is a 15 year-difference but we love each other and we're both sure of it.
Of course, things may change, who knows, right? Doesn't mean it is not worth the try, Love is always worth the try.

Look by nature the lady in most cases always looks for an older man to be by her side. Age is something you need to forget. If this man is someone you really care about, someone who will love you and treat you like a lady, you better hold on to him, because there are so many losers out there this day and time it is unbelievable. You do not need a reality check. You will be fine. If this man has the qualities a good man should have move forward in life and I promise you, you will be glad you did. Look in biblical times it was an everyday occurrence that a lady married a man older than her because of life experiences and security. You sound fine, and he sounds like a good guy. Don't throw something away that later you will regret.

Well my now fiance is 10 years older than me. I met him when I was 25 and he was 35, we were together 3 years and he finally proposed. Sometimes the age difference gets in our way of taste in music, clothes and movies but other than that everything is just wonderful. It can work, just watch he doesnt keep broadcasting your age to his friends (so you know he's not using you). I'm marrying my "old" guy lol and have never been happier. Ya never know, go for it :)

The age gap isn't that huge. That's the attraction, he has life experience and he knows where he is headed and what he wants, he's is already grown up and stable.
The question is are you ready for the stability he will provide or do you want to live a little and experience your wilder side.
This is what you have to ask yourself, and if he makes you happy go with your heart

I don't see a problem there. If you were like 18 or younger, then I'd have to say that would be a bit odd. But you're old enough, and he's not TOO old. :) As long as the relationship is working out, the ages shouldn't matter.

age doesnt matter anymore as long as your both on the same page and you get along well! 35 isnt that old! :) you will learn things from him and he'd enjoy ur energy because ur younger than him... As long as u get along well and u enjoy each other's company, nothing else matters!
