There are a number of causes of cancer, and yes, men can get it too. Though less is actually said about it.
There are a number of- for lack of a better word, irritants- that can cause cells to start growing in ways they shouldn't. Viola! Cancer!
It could be excessive radiation, asbestos, hormones not quite balanced as they should be (which is why the pill is not good for women already at risk for cancer), or a number of other things. Lately research has pointed at a rather strange little virus as a possible culprit.
