That's about as funny as the time I accidentally sheared a fingernail off--and broke the bone underneath--with my father's belt sander.
This one's better:
Man #1: Does your dog bite?
Man #2: Nope.
(Man #1 reaches to pet the dog, and the dog snaps at him.)
Man #1: I thought you said you dog didn't bite!
Man #2: That's not my dog.
It's an old joke, I know, but still worth a chuckle every now & again.

Is it even a joke? i find most things funny but that didn't even raise a smirk, however if there was some irritating kid trying to pet a dog and somone replied to the child with that response in a serious manner. i would probably find the lying to a child amusing, like teaching my little cousins things that are untrue.
am i a bad man?

You must a very unique individual to find that funny - in fact I'm sure you don't. You probably just get a bit of a kick reading all the negative responses - and that's not funny, just a little sad.

its not that funny to me.
of course different people think different things are funny so dont worry. sometimes i laugh at stuff that other people are like "ok your weird" haha
as long as you enjoy a joke, it shouldn't matter what other people think.
