My cousin is 18 and has a crush on a 40 year old. I didnt know if that was legal. Im assuming it is cause shes 18 but u never know.

Absolutely. Once you are 18 you can date anyone over 18 you wish, except maybe relatives. The fact that your cousin would even consider going with a 40 year old gives me hope. LOL

it really is a large age hollow once you're 18 and characteristic were given a lot starting to be and replacing to do. yet as you become old, the age hollow will change into smaller in that sense. he's were given better to rigidity about than you've - he gained't replace a lot yet you'll. the issue honestly is not any matter if you're properly acceptable in words of objectives, attitudes etc. If the relationship works on those center ranges you could get over the age mission.

Well i think its legal but why go out with someone that older for i mean 20-25 is ok but 40 nope!

Yep, She's an adult, she can go out with a monkey if she so chooses to. (but I prefere she went with the 40 year old). But I would be really carefull of the decisions I make, Its a huge gap and they both are gonna have different perspective of love and life. Good Luck

Probably legal, but the 40 yr old dood would probably be considered dirty for even looking at an 18 yr old.

Yes by law your cousin is considered an adult. There is nothing you or noone else can do if she wants to date a 40 year old man. Let it go, sooner or later she will get through with infatuation and come to her senses. Really there is nothing noone can do. She is an adult.

she is legal, because shes over the age of 18. if she wsa 17, it would be illegal.

They're both of age, so I'd say legal but not recommended. Not generally, anyway.
