Well if you follow your argument then the whole bible is invalid as ALL OF IT was written after the events it claims to portray.
EDIT
Thanks BOB L & DEMO
More evidence for the "believers can't make a reasoned argument for themselves, they have to resort to quoting scripture" dossier

Paul, etc were inspired by God, so what they say is actually God's words, just written by humans. 2 Tim. 3: 16 says "all scripture is given by inspiration of God and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness". The bible answers all its questions.
And no preacher today can just get up and add anything to the Bible because Revelations 22:18 says "For I testify unto every man that hears the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book"

God didn't hand-write the bible, people did based on what they claim God told them, so yes the bible is entirely physically written by man.
The difference is where you put your faith. Do you believe God talked to these people and they wrote it all down word for word? Many many people do believe this.
In which case, yes, anyone today can say "God told me to write this down. This is the word of God." It is up to you to believe it or not, just like it is up to you whether or not you believe the bible is the word of God or the word of man.

When Paul gave his own opinion in the bible, he is very careful to state that it was his opinion and he was writing it by the permission of God.
Meaning, God gave him permission to state his own opinion about something (in this case marriage).
Now if God desired that none marry and all stay single, we would have died off by now.
Not aware of anywhere that James speaks his own opinion.
All scripture is God inspired, even Pauls "opinion" that all should remain single.
Moses wrote Genesis well after the fact. I cannot think of one instance where the book was being written as the events happened.

Every time I stay in a hotel, I write new chapters in the Bible left by the Gideons.
I can feel the holy ghost working in me! And god isn't stopping me either!
Just wait... The gospel according to Jasper is coming to a Holiday Inn near you!

The entire Bible is God-breathed. Read the beginning of the gospel of John. Every word is God-breathed.
Don't pick and choose when it comes to the Holy Word. It will take you down a dangerous and empty path. Accept it as a whole or not at all.

I think there is no need to put any other words in the Bible. The bible is complete book.

The bible is the inspired word of God. They could not have written it without the holy spirits guidance.

Because GOD allowed them to, no other reason. They were to help us learn, in plain words. God gave them the right ..not any man. They wrote by the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

God inspired those men to write. All of what they say is consistent with the rest of Scripture, so it passes that test. God used those men to write. When you become a Christian and grow closer to God, you begin to gain wisdom on how to live your life for God. So, as the apostles lived for Him, God would reveal more to them, so they were able to write from authority.
No one will add to Scripture bc Revelation says that no one should add or remove from what's there. If you add to it, the plagues described will be added to you, and if you remove from it, the life it gives will be removed from you.
