nothing different will happen only our address will be changed and as usual the situation will create on mars also like todays in india.
the earth will become a new planet for our generation, they will start sending astronauts,satellites and dicovering life on it. And on mars, the population, poverty, curruption will increase as same as earth. So dont try to migrate. wish to be happy on our beautiful earth.

You will probably be lonesome,No-one else is there.There's no food sources so you'll be hungry after awhile and be glad to come back to earth.
