Those numbers look good. Are you having performance problems?

1.506GB of RAM is good - I'd be surprised if many people had more than 1GB, most more likely have 512MB or less on a home PC

45 processes is reasonable. My PC currently has 52 processes running (but I have lots of windows open) and using 423MB out of 1248MB available.

You can look at the processes that are running by pressing CTRL-ALT-DEL and selecting Task Manager.
