"Have you noticed the military flag on police officers' sleeves?
Most people may think nothing or disregard the significance of the military flag on a police officer's sleeve. However, let's examine just what this means. For starters...
Each military courtroom Any courtroom that displays these military flags behind the Judge is a military courtroom. You are under military law and not constitutional law, or common law, or civil law, or statute law.
According to Army Regulations, (AR 840-10, Oct. 1, 1979.) "the Flag is trimmed on three sides with Fringe of Gold, 2 1/2 inches wide," and that, "such flags are flown indoors, ONLY in military courtrooms." And that the Gold Fringed Flag is not to be carried by anyone except units of the United States Army, and the United States Army division associations."

"tal2me" and "jessezgl" are speaking to "gunsandammoatwork", but he has no ears to hear, nor eyes to see.
The gold fringe flag doesn't make the court a military court, the flag hangs therein because it is a military court first, and this is the proper flag to be there according to military law.
There are no Constitutional rights protected within this military court, except in your mind.

Oh brother. Not another one of you kooks. If the court janitor happens to order a US flag with gold fringe on it, it doesn't make it a military court. And it's kind of funny that, even with that gold fringed flag, they still abide by constitutional requirements when ruling on cases. I see it ever week. Go back in your bunker.

are you really complaining that Police officers have the American flag on there uniform. I have been seeing that flag in court rooms all my life (i love watching trials). i don't understand, you are upset that police have a flag on there uniform because they are supporting the us, oh and they are acting under the constitution that is what gives them there power so they have every right to have the flag on there uniform.
you need to go to Canada and be with the rest of the draft dodgers

Let's just sum this up quickly. If it weren't for police, military, court systems, etc. there would be complete chaos. If you don't like democracy, try living in Iraq. If you have a problem with this country's leaders, vote and write your congress. If you don't like the flag, leave.

I don't have any flag on the sleeve of my uniform...

My badge is a five pointed star - and if I stand on my head it sorta resembles a satanic pentagram! But then my loose change falls out of my pockets, so I guess I won't be trying that much...but could it be that Satan (George Bush, of course) is my REAL boss, funneling money from the Carlyle group, the Trilaterals...

Yes, I've been barking about the (unconstitutional) militarization of our law enforcement personnel for some time now.
You do realize that the only folks taking the time to read all of this are folks like you and me who already acknowledge this truth. The neo-con constituents out there are too busy selling us all out for the "promised land" their evil dictator has promised them. They imagine themselves to be brave patriots, while out of fear, they throw away everything America has ever stood for. Meanwhile, their dictator strips us all of the very freedoms and protections he claims the "enemy terrorists" want to destroy.
They are traitors to our forefathers, to American historical ideals, to every soldier who ever fought or died to preserve America's freedoms and liberties, and to every one of their fellow Americans. Yet they pat themselves on the back. Their leaders have solidified the ficticious dichotomy of US vs. THEM, labeling all who don't agree with their doctrine "liberals" . Neo-con loyalty is to their party, not their country or fellow citizens.
Unfortunately, nothing will change until ALL Americans wake up and see what's happening. I won't hold my breath. The neo-con constituents EMBRACE their fear, hate, biggotry, and elitism, and imagine (somehow) that it's righteous. I see no way to get through to them.
