The guy I've been talking with is still good friends with his ex girlfriend. Which I'm fine with. However, she was really skinny and in my opinion super pretty. Me on the other hand, I'm curvey and not fat, but a few extra pounds here and there. As far as being pretty, eh, people tell me I am, but I'm your typical girl and dismiss that. Basically, is it pointless for me to compare my body to her body? I'll never be the tall and thin woman she is. My body is built different. Does he like me for me?

of course he does. don't worry about her - he is with you now. just be happy with yourself. the most attractive feautre about a person is their self confidence and positive attitude

His ex is an ex for a reason. You are with him for a reason. If you were good enough to begin dating, you are still good enough to still date. He likes you for who you are on the inside. Outsides change- dont worry about the ex.

Insecure or what! Honey...love who you are...we are all different..if you actually survade a bunch of men..you'd be surprised most men actually like a women with curves here and there. Stop being so paranoid....ask him how he feels about your body...sure he approves or he wouldnt be with you. Stop stressing yourself out.

Its good you admit its a waste of time comparing yourself with his ex. just build self confidence,be happy with yourself and try to look attractive as much as you can.your guy likes you,if not he will not be with you.

well if he is with you i think its for a reason but i never liked the fact that my b/f would talk to his ex if just looks wrong but again he is with you for a reason girl good luck and lotz of hugz..

Sounds like you've wasted enough time thinking about her. Think about this... he's not with her anymore! You need to ask him what he likes about you. You'd probably be plesently surprised.
