Stan N.

I have and I can't find a scripture that honestly teaches the trinity.

Notice

(Romans 15:4-6) . . .” 4 For all the things that were written aforetime were written for our instruction, that through our endurance and through the comfort from the Scriptures we might have hope. 5 Now may the God who supplies endurance and comfort grant YOU to have among yourselves the same mental attitude that Christ Jesus had,

6 that with one accord YOU may with one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Notice 1 Cor 11:3 But I want you to understand that Christ is the (E)head of every man, and (F)the man is the head of a woman, and God is the (G)head of Christ.

Notice:

Rev 3: 12'He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and he will not go out from it anymore; and I will write on him the name of My God, and the name of the city of My God, the new Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God, and My new name.

13'He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.'

Are you listening to what Jesus is telling you?

Worship His God and Father Jehovah.

Jesus worshipped God, us Christian worship the trinity which is the father (God), the son (Jesus), and the Holy Spirit.

Jesus and His followers worshiped God (the father). They experienced the Holy Spirit through Jesus's baptism and later through their own. They experienced the Son through Jesus.

The believe and worship of the Trinity came from His ministry but wasn't formally recognized until many years after Jesus died. Scripture was then amended to make it more official.

Please take a look at John 4:23 and 24. In part, verse 23 says that "the true worshipers will worship the Father with spirit and truth. Verse 23 states, "God is a spirit, and those worshiping him must worship with spirit and truth." Did you notice that these verses said nothing about worshiping a fusion God, consisting of three persons in one? No. It says to worship our Father, Jehovah God. The Bible tells us to "stick to the things written."

Jesus was a Jew. He worshipped God, until he had a bit of a breakdown and developped a false messiah complex.
His followers adopted a pagan belief in a trinity.

If Jesus worshipped the Trinity... wouldn't he just be worshipping himself? I'm sure the Bible states that Jesus worshipped God. "My God and your God" strange for a God to say that.

Jesus told his Disciples that He, Jesus, Had to leave if the comforter, Holy Spirit, was to come. When Jesus was Crucified and raised from the Dead then when he assended to Heaven, God sent the Holy Spirit to Live in us. That is why in Acts the people in the upper room were baptized with fire and speaking in tounges - God Bless

Mark 12:29 would indicate Jesus did not accept the trinity.
Note the word "one" ....not 'three'.
And since the Jews don't accept the idea either, then he grew up not believing it.
In fact, the word 'trinity' is not to be found in the Bible.

Jesus was born a jew, was circumsised, had a bar mitzvah and studied the Torah.
Of course he only worshipped one G-d.
There are many aspects of one G-d:
Sh-kina: the divine presence
El-Shadd-e: the All mighty
etc.
According to John, Jesus is the WORD (Torah) made flesh.

There is only one G-d.
Many aspects of one G-d.

Jesus did not worship himself. But he said "I and the Father are one". And the Holy spirit sat on jesus and showed that it was in him. So the Trinity is a unity, but Jesus himself was not arrogant to worship himself!
