It’s no secret that women have a way of confounding men with their mysterious behavior. I’m a woman, and I’d be the first to admit this! Men and women sometimes seem to be speaking two different languages—and just like with any other language barrier, sometimes you need a translator to step in and help out.Remember smile it relaxes the person you are talking to,and always have on a pair of clean shoes, "that says alot about a man", unless you are a punk/rocker.And the other girl was right when she said a sense of humor i don't know how many times i have been with a guy who wasn't my type but because they could always be themselfs and make me laugh i would say what the hell and give that person a chance.

If he seems to have a command of the moment. I am not comfortable with men who just sort of sit around and wait for things to happen and then react hoping for the best.
I am sort of old fashioned though, so I like the separate roles of men and women and think that when they remain distinct that each allows the other to shine to their fullest potential, resulting in ultimate teamwork, accomplishing even greater things in the moment and or even the future!

Not always looks, though that comes into play if you look like a complete dork, or weirdo. I'd say approachability. Some guys look like they're full of themselves.
If you're going to smile at me and talk with me, that is the greatest first step!

A genuine smile followed by a shy hello and then a casual remark about the place we are at. It's usually his posture that I'm attracted to and the way he handles himself and holds the conversation

My first attraction honesty is the way a man walks. I think it says alot about his confidence which is what i'm most interested in. How much confidence he has.

A good sense of humor. Not goofy fart humor, but real witty, clever humor. And good eye contact. A nice genuine smile doesn't hurt either.
