Are you using the right terminology for what you want? A U.S.M.C. Dress Blue Blouse is the name of the uniform item worn to look like a suit jacket. The U.S.M.C. 8th & I Barracks Blue Overcoat is the long cold weather coat that comes down to just below the knee.
Either way, you can go to nearly any Marine Base or Naval Base and purchase it through the Base Clothing Sales store. Conversely, if you go looking at Thrift stores or Consignment Stores near those same bases, many discharged Marines will offer used uniforms at low prices so other new Marines can get a full uniform kit without going broke. Those uniforms aren't cheap.
A word of caution: Be very careful where you wear the coat if you have no connection to the Corps. Once a Jarhead, always a Jarhead, and someone is likely to challenge you if you are wearing it in a manner unfit or reflecting poorly on the Corps.

Unless they brought it back in the past few years, the Dress Blue Overcoat is no longer authorized for wear with the Dress Blue Uniforms. Unless you are talking about the blue's blouse, in which case you can join the Marines and find out.

Im a huge marine corp. fan myself, but i would NEVER wear a piece of the uniform a patch or a pin. That is just disrespectful and well.. from a girls view quite frankly a lil cheesy for a guy too do. Yes i would say Marines do better than HS football players and doctors comb. as far as getting girls. But i would tell a guy off who was posin that, then prob. kick his A**!!

Hi are you refering to the coat that the 8 & I wear over their dress blue uniforms during cold weather? I know where you can get it. But, they only have certain sizes. However, you would have to prove to me that you are a marine.
