I don't think you can. because you supposed to eat one meal in the morning its the most important of all, but if you eat a big meal in the morning you will still get hungry some other time in the day, for you to loose weight the best answer its to drink a lot of water all day long instead of coca-cola and all those products that have sugars, and one more thing that will also help you its don't eat anything else at night, STOP eating at 4 or 5 in the afternoon

It is better to eat a larger meal in the morning and light meal in the evening. Have a protein based breakfast then something lighter for dinner and lunch. My grandmother always used to say; breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, dinner like a pauper. 300 is far too little calories even if you want to lose weight you still need to be eating around 1,500 calories or 500 less than you would consume on a normal day when you're not dieting, 300 is ridiculously low. I lost nearly 2 stone over the Summer mainly but cutting out carbs, would have cereal (Weetabix) and semi-skimmed milk in the morning then no carbs for the rest of the day mainly filled up on no fat cottage cheese, fish and meat and vegetables and fruits. Go steady and don't starve yourself, you'll only lose water and when you start to introduce carbs again you'll put all the initial weight loss on again. Good Luck :)

NOPE. You are starving yourself. That's what i use to do. Eating one meal starves your body. Your body will actually store fat and you will NOT lose weight this way. Eating 3 very small meals along with snacks thru the day will help you lose weight. I was anorexic, then i ate only one meal. Didn't work now i'm on this one i'm talking about and it truely works. Get rid of all the bad food, chips, candy, sugar. Alot more fruits, vegs.

Possibly but not likely. Your body will go into starve mode and slow metabolism down to hold on to those calories to burn throughout the day. It has been proven better to actually just eat small meals or snack a little throughout the day and keep your body burning calories and not feel like it has to hold on to them while you are starving it. It doesn't make logical sense sometimes but it works so instead of just one big meal try to eat at least 4-6 smaller meals or snacks during the day and that will keep your body into the burning calories for energy mode.

Nooo, your body would think that its starving and hold on to everything it has. Plus, since its not reality that you would not give into hunger then you would stop and give into cravings which the body would relish and store as more fat.
I do not hold on to the idea of small meals all during the day, either. Namely b/c this makes the digestive system work all day long trying to break down old food with new foods that are dropped into the gut causing gas and tummy upset. Of course, you learned this in high school health class.
Take care of your body. This is the only one you'll get.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

No. Reason is: eating only one big meal will slow your metabolism. A healthy metabolism is VERY IMPORTANT when trying to lose weight/keep healthy.
Balance is the key here. Eat three healthy meals a day. In between, snack on delicious but wholesome goodies like: almonds, veggies, yohurt, fruit and salads. Include more lean protein in your diet, but still eat unrefined carbohydrates (like fruit & veg). Limit bread - substitute bread with basmati rice instead. If you feel you MUST have bread, al least have the low GI kind with lots of seeds (it must SAY "low GI" on the label).
Include lots of fish in your diet - tuna and sardines are especially good - they have omega 3 and omega 6 oils, which are GOOD fats - they aid metabolism, boosts brain functioning, hormone functioning etc.
Drink green tea/chai tea (the latter is YUMMY!) instead of regular tea or coffee, drink low fat or fat free milk (or soy milk). Avoid using sugar in tea, as this piles on the pounds without one realising.
Treat yourself with one small treat (e.g. a mini-chocolate after lunch) per day - this way you won't feel you're missing out on the good stuff. Keep your balance! You'll look good and feel great.
Oh, and moderate excercise! Find something that you like and get your heart pumping with cardiovascular activity (race walking, jogging, cycling, aerobics etc) at least three times a week for 30 minutes each time at least. Light weights will tone your body and boost metabolism.
One meal per day will only make you feel empty and will make you age before your time. Life's all about balance (I know I sound like a stuck record!), but it's just so true.
Good luck with the programme...and while you're at it, have FUN.
PS: A clever tip: when you eat chocolate (that SMALL but necessary treat I referred to), eat it during the day rather than during the evening. Eating it during the day means your body has more time to 'burn' it off than late at night when your metabolism slows down. Another great tip: stop eating three hours before you go to bed (so make sure you eat enough during the day...throughout the day). This alone will make a huge difference!

If you burn more calories than you take in you will likely lose weight. The problem with your plan is that your body will go into starvation mode and tend to hold on to all the calories you give it. This would put your plan at cross purposes with your goals. Instead, you might try eating smaller, well-balanced meals. This will have the advantage of maintaining your blood sugar and preventing starvation mode.

NOPE< Your body will think you are starving and will slow your metabolism down. The true theory is that you are supposed to eat 6 very small meals a day. It is supposed to speed up the system.
