1 in 3 people experience back pain in their lifetimes and it is one of the most common reasons for a visit to GP. How to treat backpain largely depends on the cause. For example if the pain seems to come and go with activity or sitting at your PC then have a think about your posture. If the pain is chronic it may be caused by a trapped nerve, chronic pain disorders such as Fibromyalgia or Spondylosis, which is a degenerative disorder common after middle age.
For some people anti-inflammatories such as Ibuprofen or Diclofenac (voltarol) are effective, others may need an opiate such as Codiene or Tramadol. Without knowing more detail it is difficult to recommend a treatment, so go and see your GP (family doctor) who may refer you for physiotherapy or to a specialist. If you live in the UK and you feel your pain is not being managed then ask for a referal to a pain clinic. Not many people are aware of this service, but your GP should not refuse, if your pain is chronic.
In the meantime have a look on the following sites:

I hope this is helpful and you find some form of relief soon.

My wife recently went through DISC DECOMPRESSION treatment for back / neck pain. This procedure is relatively newer but is NON INVASIVE (requires no surgery).
The spine is put through a very slow stretching process which draws the bulging disc (if that is the issue) back into place. It is apx 20 visits from start to finish and costs apx $4000 but was 100% effective for my wife.
She had 2 seperate spots where the disc was protruding INTO THE SPINE and she had lost 80% use of one arm, major numbness in the legs etc. She was a mess for some time from an accident she had years ago.
I stronlgy suggest you check into DISC DECOMPRESSION as a permanent solution rather than temporary pain relief. They even offer financing...check it out.

Well, it can't be back ache because you would just take a pain killer... Right?......
Acne... that's a bit more awkward to get rid of..... The basic part of washing is important but also you need to DRY PROPERLY and make sure you wear cotton or wool tops for a while... Nylons are notorious for increasing sweating and bacteria build up.... and now, we are going to get to the yucky bits.... I have no clue, (nor do I want to know), what you do in bed, but... if you combine the eating of food, spilling of drinks, and sweating for at least 8 hours a night together with 'emissions' from you and any partners you have you'll get the idea of where the problem might just lay..... Bottom line, keep clothes, bedding and skin clean..... if you can't keep it clean, make sure you wash it promptly and regularly....

There are so many ways to get a backache...to tell you the truth, the best way to ease the pain is with acupuncture. Seriously, it is amazing...basically the needles help regulate the flow of energy within the body and there is a way to help heal a backache.
