You're not seriously asking complete strangers who know nothing of your family's finances or preferences to spend time researching holidays for you, are you?
You don't even say if flying is OK, which airports you're near or how long you could be away!
Some of the answers here will be for countries for which vaccinations and visas are needed. They take time to organise.

Try Thailand...I heard they have tanks all over the place so that people can take pictures with them. And the Baht (Thai currency) is so low now that for the same value of money, you may be able to buy 5 items versus 3 months ago when you can only 2.5 to 3 items for the same amount spent.
Its really a value for money place for a family as big as yours.
