I have a dog being shipped here from nigeria. I paid for the shipping to have her shipped to the states, now the shipping company says I have to pay for what they called a Custom Clearance Certificate? Has anyone ever heard of this? And how much does it cost? I'm just making sure I'm not getting scammed. Please Help!! Thanks.

Yes you have to pay it or else you will not get your dog. Inevitably they would sell your dog if you dont pay it . Just get paperwork you know a receipt for it and that way nothing will come of it again. Also contact your local state senators office and let them know what is going on.That might help if anything goes wrong.

yes you will have to pay,but they should have informed you before hand. don't know cost,check with them.
