I've had problems with eczema as a kid, and had it under control for over 10 years. Now at 24, i've started having problems with it again. I put vaseline intensive care lotion on at least 2 times a day. I try not to scratch, but apparently I'm scratching in my sleep. HELP

I don't know if stress can trigger it, but for remedies, try washing with goats milk soap. It's full of moisturizers, and helped mine alot.

Yes I belive stress can trigger eczema. I had many times before eczema and I used "Fucicort" ointment (crying was very helpfull too, to let out the stress). Go to a dermatologist-I don't think vaseline works.
good luck

My eczema flares up with stress, weather, wind changes. My dermatologist gives me a big tub of this medicated cream and gives me like 5 refills. I never go through it all before it expires. Then he has to call me in another order. Talk to a dermatologist. They can give you stuff that will help

Check out the yeast link at www.hufa.org. From my readings about yeast syndromes, eczema can result from that fungus, along with psoriasis, ringworm, athlete's feet and other assorted skin and internal conditions.

Use a different lotion, Eucerine is what I use and whenever I have a breakout it goes away in a couple of days or a week if its bad.
