I found it in a song by the Gypsy Kings too. I think it means "I'm ready", but I want to make sure. "Vivir a nuestra vida siempre estoy Deja para vivir tormento."

It means she broke up with her boyfriend. If you broke up with your boyfriend and someone ask you for him, you say: "estamos dejados". If someone ask about you: "estoy dejada". I think this person may be Puerto Rican, we use to cut the spanish words that is the correct spelling and pronouncing the phrase "estoy dejá" ..

Mr. MD, since you are a physician, you will understand very well that that doesn't mean anything.
Perhaps the person who said it was suffering of aphasia after a stroke, and you know what happens in these cases. I believe that it might have been an injury to the Broca's area, and the patient shows a motor aphasia

This words aren't written correctly
But "estoy" means I am
and "deja" means leave it
so, i think the phrase means "i am leaving"
but i think that this phrase could be better : Estoy dejando
I am leaving. but gypsy people speaks spanish in a different way.

Spanish is not as simple as english, is considerably larger. you need to say tengo calor, or hace calor, maybe estoy acalorado... just kidding, is correct but a little awkward. I got friends who have been studying Spanish for years and still talk like a caveman.
