Do you think I should sit next to the girl that I have in mind? She caught me staring at her and I looked away a while ago. I think I have her enough time to cool off. She used to sit next to me but she moved since someone else was sitting in her seat. Someone else was sitting in my seat also. what do you think I should do?

Yes, do sit next to her, and try to talk to her, even if you don't go out, you could get a friend who is a girl, and she has friends she could pass the good word on to, and then you could date her friend.
