1.Totally eliminates the expenditures incurred to government for conducting election. Citizens can be asked to cast their votes from anywhere in INDIA through the cell phone instrument directly to master computer which will not show the details of voters but the exact opinion of the citizens and absolute result with in few seconds of the stipulated voting time. No waste of time and energy in creating and verifying voters list. No waste of time and energy in allotting polling officers. No transportation and security vehicle for voting machines. No polling booth security. No agents of the contesting parties. No need of postal votes, because citizens can cast their votes from anywhere in INDIA for their constituency. Nobody can omit his or her duty of casting votes.

what i am trying to say is most of the crimes are based only on money which is transacted un accountedly. u may be spending ur hard earned money only for u. nobody can misuse ur money through government taxes. nobody can earn more money just by mediating between parties. no bribes. no over expectations. survival of the fittest( the worlds basic law). u cannot survive if u dont work. but presently everybody is allowed to enjoy the benifits of thei fore fathers without doing any creative work. their mind is getting diverted to some other ways. so we are loosing a good brain . once the system starts working peoples will get afraid to do mistakes and wrong things. after some time this can be relaxed to some extent so that the freedom of the peoples will be maintained.

Wow. Talk about big brother. Do you really want the government to know where you spend every penny? Is it any of their business how often you buy toilet paper, tampons, condoms, potato chips, etc.? Do they have any right to know which books you buy, how much makeup you use, or how much money you spend eating in restaurants instead of cooking at home?

The government collects enough data on us. The idea of Uncle Sam knowing about every penny I have scares me to death. You've noticed how the government operates, right? How can you possibly consider trusting them with every detail of your life?

There is a book called "1984". It is a Science Fiction horror story written about a world along the lines of what you have just described. You should read it. I think you will change your mind instantly about your proposal.

Here is the basic concepts.

Where there is a will there is a way. You can inconvience crime but unless you remove the motivation for it or create a moral against it then it will always be there. All you can do is change the predominent form.

Human beings by default should have the respect to be assumed innocent first. To assume guilt as your system proposes is to take away from our humanity.

It would not increase moral or morality. It would merely make everybody feel watched. They would become paranoid, delusional even sometimes. People would die for being suspected Gov informers. Others would resent the intrusions so much they would instantly go to war with any Gov that tried to impliment such a vile system. So in reality you'd just get a bunch of people killed.

People behave or misbehave from thier moral belief system. Nothing can replace a persons belief in right and wrong as an effective means to combat a behavior. So if the people do not want to do something you can only hinder thier ability to do it not stop it with laws, rules and regulations. The belief in the sanctity of the law is the best tool to help people obey laws. The more laws the less likely what laws you have are to be sacred. Once no longer sacred all laws are treated with contempt even the good ones.

Last sometimes people need to be able to get around bad laws. Maybe the law was written with good intent but poorly written. Sometimes a group gets enough power that they are able to write laws which are incompatable with sub groups in that nation. Often corruption is the source of bad laws. So to survive people sometimes need to break the law. Sometimes it is right to break the law. People's lives have been saved by people breaking laws on many occasions. Revolutions, political dissent, coruption fighting often requires breaking laws. If a dictator came to power would you still want such intrusive devices monitoring your every minute of every day? Hell no!

To make our country free from corruption, ask all the politicians where their money came from, all the crores that they are hiding.

You cannot change what is in the blood, corrupt blood flows faster, has no master and a lot of gains, who will give up that blood.

Why should only ordinary citizens have to suffer closer scrutiny, lets start from the top and then the rest.

If you are serious about this -- take heed of the warning from the Bible at Revelation 13:16
"And it puts under compulsion all persons, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free and the slaves, that they should give these a mark in their right hand or upon their forehead, 17 and that nobody might be able to buy or sell except a person having the mark, the name of the wild beast or the number of its name. "

Corruption is not only prevalent in India, but also in developed countries. But in developed countries day-to-day life of common man is not affected by corruption as much as in India because most of the services there are rendered by private companies and competition ensures that the private companies provide better service for their own survival.

As long as people work for money coruption is inevitable.

The best bet is to work so everyone gets what they need when they need it, and what they want as soon as it can become available. Have everyone working to better this goal. There will always be something for everyone to do, go do it; don't worry about being paid.

But no body has the political will to do that. If it is done, the first casualty will be the politicians. Hence, they will never allow this to take place.
