Can you define "getting over her?" I thought getting over her is when you do not like her romantically anymore. I do not like her romantically anymore but just want to be friends.

Getting over someone is when you do not have feelings for her anymore and you won't be bothered if she is dating someone.

It means that you don't feel like she is cheating on you with someone else. It would be hard to be friends with an ex because there is always a little feeling you feel when you see them together or even think about it. But it will go away just let her know you don't like her that way anymore and move on.

getting over her is when you can truthfully look at her in the eyes and think okay im done with thinkin about her i can move on but just because you say that doesnt always mean u feel it u have to actually make yourself believe your self but if u find yourself keep comin back to her then you really love her you cant change what you feel about a person try maybe dating another girl if you end up coming back to her then you cant change the way you feel about her.

LOL - once you are romanticall involved and then decide you're not there is usually no way that you can be "just friends" as there's too much past (perhaps even bad) history between you.
Besides, she may be very hurt and want nothing to do with you anyway.

well does she still like you romantically? if yes, then make it clear to her that you only want to be friends. if no, then speak to her and tell her that you value her friendship, and it would mean a lot to you if you could be friends,
