dating a person who has a different religion is VERY different then dating someone who decieves you about what sex they are. I am not a Christian and i have dated christian men...it was no big deal to either of us. i also dated a man who was Jewish...he didnt care what my religion was either. i am now married to a man who is a christian...and he loves me...regardless of my religion. But i can tell you right now that if i ever went out on a date and found out I had been lied to and found out that the person was actually a woman i would be very angry at that person for lieing to me. and please dont follow this question with a question about homosexuaity and the lack of tolerance for it in religion.

Well, I'd have a different reaction if I went out with a dude that turned out to be a freakishly masculine bull-dyke, than I would if my son decided to follow the skypixie worshipers. I would love my son and do my best not to offend him with my atheistic stance. The dyke on the other hand, I would not kiss goodnight.
I'm just not into that kind of a surprise, and if I ever hopped the sexuality fence it would be with a pretty girly girl, not male-wannabe. Yikes

There was a movie about that some years ago. It all worked out rather well in terms of the relationship.

Live and let love. That's the only truly Christian thing to do.

That would be the point when that holier than thou Christian would start pounding on someone (unless as we've seen they are into that). The Christian believes in one morality and that although they may be aloud to deceive, they are not to be deceived by others. Case in point, the Christian woman who wears a padded bra, girdle, cosmetic surgery, lies about her age, her weight, etc. etc. etc. Is all this any less deceiving?

I wouldn't go out with this person again. Not because I would have a problem with the person's gender or sexuality....live and let live. I'm not gay, so fun time's over. However, I see no reason why we couldn't remain friends.

Huh? Like others who responded...I also fail to see the connection.

Uh...your question is in no way related to the previous question because they involve two completely different topics. This is about sexuality, the other question was about religion.

I think for a guy that would suck!
It would be harder to pull off being a girl being a guy on a date with me. Right? I am confused!

I would say that I do not swing that way, that I am not interested in beginning anything of that nature, and politely excuse myself. They are intitled to live their life as they see fit and so am I.
