yes, it would, if you spend almost 2000 calories per day and you consume 1500, you are going to have a deficit of 500 calories plus the calories burned from the exercise.
almost in a week you can lose one pound.
500 calories per day, and in a week you have lost 3500 that equals a pound. Good luck!

go to hydroxycut.com and it has a calculator that you can input your height and weight and that you are wanting to lose weight and it will tell you how many calories you need to eat per day to lose weight. So if you stay under those calories and do your workout you will definitely lose weight. The more motivated you are to lose weight the less calories you intake or the more running and burning calories you do. the greater the differnce between caloric intake and caloric expense the faster the weight will come off. Drink ice cold water too through out the day as much as possible because your body has to use calories to warm it up to use it so ice water is actually negative calories

That is a very difficult question to answer. Not knowing your personal history or anything like that makes for someone to answer that almost impossible.
Another thing to consider is the carbohydrate, protein, and fat intake. Calories alone aren't the only thing to consider. 1500 calories a day of apple pie is totally different from a balanced diet.
For somebody to answer, they would have to look into the crystal ball.
If I can be of further assistance, let me know.

i would say don't worry about the calories but more about the quality of the food you are eating, just don't overeat.
Exercise is essential not only for weight loss but for toning and body appeal.
2 Months is a healthy amount of time for 20 pounds.. but it can be done in 1.

You will lose it quite rapidly but be careful. (I'd say around 2 months, you'll see some serious results!) 1500 calories is not a lot to consume. make sure you're eating the right foods.

I would do 1300 calories. And make sure you are sweating and breathing hard in your work out for at least 30 minutes every day.
