it is not what you look on the outside that counts but how your spirit is developed. a good diet of course helps mantain a good working mind and body, and that can sometimes be useful. my sister is obese and she's a pagan. she's also a beautiful and brilliant which. i am of small build and are careful of what i eat, but i still need to open my spirit a bit more. it takes years.

Occult arts and Voodoo are a waste of time, money and energy.
The spells do not work unless your targeted person believes
and allows it to harm them. I live in Brazil where this is common practise, a dead chicken placed at crossed roads with other
stuff inside a basin. Well I lived in a corner house where, on
Friday nights it was common to find this ridiculous scene. Cars
going over the chicken and dogs often run over whilst satisfying
their instincts. The witchcraft was then placed at my curbside.
Well, I used to get a trash bag and put the whole thing in and
place it in the proper place, the dustbin. This was picked up
by the truck and taken away. The act was performed by women
at midnight and, when awake, I would chase them away. Nothing
ever happened to me caused by these crazy people. Now, you
are not a woman, and have been told that it is stupid. So stop
thinking about spells. There are other kinds of occult
performances which are pure folklore which came
from Africa with the slaves and are colourful and are not
directed at individuals. Others light a number of candles at cemetery sights or preferably beside a grave! Now, think again. it costs money and effort and does it not sound rather stupid to you,
if so, do not waste your time and find something better to do.

A healthy lifestyle starts in the mind.
An unhealthy mind means an unhealthy lifestyle.
Success in 'occult arts' begins by study and application.
What do you mean by spells?
There are many excellent books on that subject available in New Age shops.
It is not something I subscribe to, but if it is the road you wish to travel, then good luck.

It's a good thing to live a healthy lifestyle no matter what you are doing... unless of course you are trying to die a slow, horrible death.
"Spells" are the focus of your own energy towards a desired result. You can still obtain the desired result without the spell, so long as you are willing to actually put in the energy. Don't rely on spells to simply do things for you... it does not work that way.

Yes and yes. Pagans are extremely nature-minded and are very adamant about the use of natural foods and medicines in order to honor Mother Earth. It is important (as in every religion) to keep your body, mind and spirit in peak condition.
Spells take many forms from a single incantation to the performance of a complex ritual. A spell can be something as simple as a genuine heartfelt wish or possibly include the use of a cauldron, potion, powder or voodoo doll. The effectiveness of spell depends on many factors. The correct ingredients should always be used (candles, herbs, oils etc) One should also have the knowledge of how to prepare these ingredients correctly. It is important, when casting, to use the words. The spell must also be performed at the correct time. (during the full moon, in the dark of the moon, etc)
Hope this helps.

You sound very mature from the way you've written those information. i'm inspired. From what I see, an excellent variety of your situation concerns your weight and your eating conduct at recent. no plausible do it for you yet you should do it your self. Take the first step... agenda your dozing hours. do no longer lead them to random. Random hours make you eat at atypical hours, all junk food it really is reachable to you. With dozing agenda, your eating will administration somewhat. keep some healthful food with you each and every of the time, so each and every time there is an urge to eat something, you do not merely have junk food to be counted upon, you should have a healthful option obtainable. third, include a brisk walk, a minimum of one/2-hour established on your agenda. this would get rid of fatigue out of your body. you'll no longer sense lazy at any time of the day. this also will burn your energy. I say all this from own journey and under no circumstances from books. Fourth, locate what you want doing, what promises pride. no longer what you opt to change into and what you recommend to do in destiny. it would nicely be something that you under no circumstances pronounced or paid interest to. once you locate that, attempt to by some potential implement that into your paintings. case in aspect, in case you want poetry or portray, you won't be able to deliver that to paintings yet what you could do it, recent the food or serve the food to purchasers in an fairly imaginative way such that they sense strong and excited. those little issues will deliver pride to you. Too lengthy an answer. i'm no longer writing anymore. drained.

eat, drink and be merry. In addition, use the occult for getting girls knickers off but forget it for anything else. It don't exist mate. In itself, it's self-delusion but it can be used to develop power over other gullible fools. Not exactly moral, but the type of people who play with the occult aren't likely to be bothered by such minor difficulties.
