well, it has little if any nutritional value. Empty calories and alot of salt. So, while it is not immediately harmful...it does you no good.

Loads of MSG

and Lots and Lots of fat.

Nutritionally speaking, it's the same as eating a Big Mac or Whopper w/ cheese.

Yes, it is very bad for you! It is high in salt, the noodles have no nutritional value, and it has artificial flavoring and preservatives. Almost in the same way "fast food" places offer food that is high in fat and very unhealthy for you.

Yes, the sodium is terrible and remember the noodles are fried first, then dehydrated. One package contains about 16 grams of fat.

Well other than the high sodium count, if you eat them in moderation they can be a tasty way to curb your appetite.
