I do and I handled it by moving to Florida. If there is more than two days of overcast weather i have difficulty getting out of bed and I feel very unmotivated to do things or do things well. I dont like talking or being around people during this time. It occurs every now and then , but living in florida has drastically reduced it.

I do, but I get through it without doing special light therapy or anything. I don't make a big deal out of it. If I feel a little goth or morbid that day, oh well. Still me. I find beauty in all the seasons, in whatever way I can and now that I'm older, I'm too busy to give in to the urge to oversleep or sleep too much or eat more carbs or whatnot. I've gotten to where I hardly eat and my sleep is still disturbed, I stay awake too long sometimes close to autumn, but eventually I get back on track. It's mind over matter.... Get more sunshine....

I live pretty far north, where we only have about five hours of daylight in the winter. I don't suffer from it, but I've seen coworkers who do. We try to accomodate as much as possible by providing a lot of artificial light, and by allowing those sufferers access to workspaces where they can enjoy the days, as short as they might be.

I used to. It led to depression. Then I found Dr. David Burns' book, "The Feeling Good Handbook". Now, all of my problems are gone.
