Do you think this is funny?
Would you buy one of these figurines?
What would happen to the kid who is tackling Jesus? Will he go to hell?

I kind of like it. It expresses a side of Jesus we don't see to often. I mean, we normally see him with sheep or sitting somewhere thinking, or in one of his teaching moments. The reality is that He probably did play a lot with kids. So I think that is accurate, although, American Football probably wasn't around back then... Funny, no, just nice. I don't know if I would buy one, I am not really into figurines...
The kid tackling Jesus is just fine. As I said, I think He would be playing with them because He "loved the children."

Hi Southpaw! Oh, I like those figurines. I think they're cute. I'd buy them. And no, I don't think the kid tackling Jesus will go to hell. He now has bragging rights that he tackled the Lord in football. Even more bragging rights if his team won the game.

Yes, the kid tackling Jesus goes to hell. Jesus' team always wins because of that.

I think the figurine is a nice and si[plified way for christians to say that they include Jesus in everything they do. I do not know if I would buy one since i am not a christian. i do not think it is funny and i do not think that a rational christian would comdemn a child to hell for tackling Jesus in a football game.

Who would even market such a thing?! It's absurd. If hell should actually exist, the creator of these figurines has himself a spot secured.

Edit: I had to laugh at the basketball one. That's also my favorite,.

Seems harmless to me-a lot less harmless that portraying God as a vengeful tyrant who condemns non-believers to damnation for eternity.
