Im looking for an old recipe for no flour peanut butter cookies. I used to make these at Xmas...but lost the recipe and dont recall the exact ingredients (I think it was just egg, peanut butter and sugar...but Im not sure)..any help would be appreciated.

Your right about the ingredients! This recipe is impossibly easy. Here you go!

1 cup peanut butter (your choice, smooth or chunky)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
sugar, for rolling (optional)

Mix together until smooth.
Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet two inches apart. If desired, roll in extra sugar before placing on cookie sheet.
Press with fork and press again in opposite direction.
Bake 10-12 minutes at 350°.
Do not brown, do not over bake.

What about this?

Ingredients:
1/2 cup softened butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 1/2 cups oatmeal
1 teaspoon vanilla


Directions:
Combine butter, sugar, cocoa and milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls on buttered plate. Allow to set about 1 hour. Makes 3 1/4 to 4 dozen.

24-30 cookies 24 min 12 min prep

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Roll peanut butter mixture into Tablespoon size balls. Bake 12 minutes for chewy cookies; Bake 15 minutes for crisp.

1cup pnut butter, 1 egg, 1/4 cup splenda or sugar roll in little balls put in pan press with finger bake 325 for 12 mins

I make these all the time because my nephew has a wheat allergy. Ashley's recipe works but is missing 1 tsp baking powder.

That's the recipe I always use.
