Dont know that you could do exercise if you had eaten that much but yea the stomach could take in enough to do damage although it's a rare occurrance, some people have an affliction known as Prader Willi syndrome they have no cut off switch in their brains to tell them they are full so all thier lives they are incessantly hungry dreadful isnt it? Look it up i'VE HEARD PEOPLE WHO HAVE A FAMILY MEMBER WITH THIS SYNDROME SAY THEY LITERALLY HAVE TO PADLOCK THE FRIDGE AND PRESSES. tHE SUFFERER WONT JUST GO FOR NORMAL FOOD THEY MAY HAPPILY CHOMP THROUGH A TUB OF DRY GRAVY POWDER OR ANYTHING THAT IS EDIBLE.

I don't believe that it is possible to eat sufficient food to cause your stomach to tear. An average adult's stomach holds around 2 quarts (1.13 litres), so I suspect that you'd vomit well before it either tore or dislodged itself from your oesophagus. Your stomach can hold an astounding amount of chewed up food because it expands as it fills. Additionally your intestines and pelvis hold all those digestive organs horizontally in place, so your stomach doesn't do an ugly exploding water-balloon thingy on you when you over-eat. I reckon you're quite safe to eat and eat and eat because anything your body feels is excessive will be tossed straight up and out as projectile vomit, landing on your shoes. Eeeeeouw.

I once read about a French king who ate so much he died when he burst open. I don't know who this was (and I can't find any info on the Internet), but if it happened then it would mean yes, you can tear the stomach.

Yes you can - psychologists have stopped part of cockroaches and rats brains (hypothalamus) to induce hyper-aphagia - you literally feel hungry all the time. This can also occur as a result of brain injury or illness.

I think it can happen. Ever seen the film "Seven" where the serial killer makes the fat guy eat till he dies? Don t know how it works but it must!

You have a very fertile mind. I can't imagine why anyone would want to know this. You must be extremely bored. Possible?... Perhaps? Probable?.... No.

your stomach can get to the point to where if you way too much, it will disconnect from the tube, then ou have to get it surgically attached back on and it'll cost money...so, dont eat to much.
