Do a lot of patient and intelligent study. The pagan world is full of wanna be's, huksters, New Age merchants, and hype. That's the truth. You will find a lot of nonsense out there called "wiccan". There is a lore and a discipline for true witchcraft. But you must find it through serious research and links with trustworthy practitioners. You are going on a Quest. Treat it like that. You will find what you seek if you are willing to pay the price of the journey.

Namaste!
There are a great books on the subject, and that is a good place to begin. Yet you want to start your own Grimoire, and find a place where there are like-minded people in your area. There are such places, but they generally don't advertise publically; try the internet.

Blessed Be & Good Luck to you!

PS Christianity and Wicca are not incompatible, as Jesus was certainly a Pagan Practitioner! Catholicism and Wicca, on the other hand, Do Not Mix!

Why would you want to? Jesus died on a cross for you and is the only true way in life. I hope you turn to him instead.
