chances are zero. but if you have had your implant in for 3 years, i would go to my G.P or family planning clinic soon. as the implants only last for 3 years then they are supposed to be taken out and a new 1 inserted. the implant steadily releases progestogen into the bloodstream but once the implant is removed or reaches its 3 year life-expectancy, fertility returns rather quickly. dont wait, get it checked out, especially if you dont want a child yet!!!!!!!!!!

I think the implant is about 95-99% effective. If in doubt take a test.

Implants have to be replaced every 3 years I think so guess you need to get a test done.

i dunno if this works the same but i once had a depo injection and told it was 99% effective, it stopped my periods completly so the clicnic i was going to gave me a preg test before they would give me a second injection, low and behold the test was positive and it turned out i was 8 weeks gone, so i had became pregnant 4 weeks after having the injection and its supposed to work for 12 weeks.

99.7% effective, but I think they last only 3-5 years. Definitely take a home preg. test, and also see your doctor.
