My dream house ... hmm.. well, it has a huge kitchen ( cause I like to cook ) , it has a library with a fireplace and built in shelving all around it. It has a basement with a bathroom, media room and game room for a pool table and a bar.. my master bedroom would have a fireplace, walk in closet, and doors that would lead out onto the deck that would have a magnificent view of the valley below it... other than that.. I don't care what it looks like.

My dream house is all on one floor with some kind of storage in the basement or partial basement.
3 or 4 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms and a powder room close to the living areas. A large country kitchen opening to a keeping room or morning room or family room with stacked stone fireplace and bookshelves and plenty of seating area.
No formal dining. A kitchen island with seating and food prep areas, a dining area with space for a table and lots of windows opening to a beautiful lake or mountain view.
Wide wrap around porch and screened in the back for viewing the mountain or lake nearby.
That's my dream house!
