Having just had a disagreement with one of the lads I work with here it ended up getting a bit heated where we flung a few insults at each other and resulted in me walking away before we said something we'd regret later and he STILL had to follow me downstairs - get his bit in and then leave!!! Ive noticed a lot of guys do this!! WHHYY???!
(And no Im not including every male on earth in this catagory!)

I do this, and I find the best way to get round other people having the last word is by adding 'no you are' or something similar everytime they say something. satisfyingly childish and most adulst give up after 15 mins.

He sounds like a spoilt brat, that's why. With all the problems in the world how lucky is he to worry about a packet of crisps? Some people DO have problems

They are the inferior sex and obviously feel they have something to prove- thus arguing over something as trivial as a bag of crisps! Sounds like this child doesn't deserve them anyways.

Because he probably likes you and feels threatened in some way by you, if you are in a senior position then this would explain alot. I wouldn't let his childish ways affect the person that you are, don't drag on something so frivolous.

It would only encourage his bratty behaviour.

I think women are clever enough to let guys think they have the last word whilst still knowing that they are usually in the wrong. Men are just lttle boys in long trousers. Bless them

Men Think there superior -> Leads to ego -> Thinks there the boss -> Then has to play the motherly roll of Mum saying no to her daughter wanting shoes!

(SOME think with there penis's 89.8% of them do) Lol its a fact

Unfortunately that's some men for you, still console yourself with the fact that it shows insecurity on his part, just having to have that last word.
