The mere fact that you are worrying about this could be the reason your period has not come yet - its a known fact that stress can hold it off. As for the miscarriage its hard to say if this messed your cycle up a bit as you dont say how long ago this was - if it was only a month ago then yes its possible but if you have had at least a couple of periods in time since then, then I wouldnt say this has affected things - of course the other thing is you may be pregnant and only a test will tell you that :)

30 days is not that long to wait, but I am unsure its been that long yet... If I'm wrong about the timing of when it SHOULD start, it sounds like your nerves are actually "holding back" your period. I'm on the pill, and have even had my period start at 31 days instead of the usual 28 (boy, was I sweating, then, lol,) so it isn't unheard of to happen in even the most normal of circumstances. If you are late for longer than 2 weeks, you should consider taking a home pregnancy test and/or speaking to your doctor.
I'm sorry to hear about your loss and the abuse at the hands of your ex. From experience, it will probably take longer for the emotional wounds to heal than the physical, and you should have been treated for the physical when you reported the miscarriage (and hopefully the rape, too,) so please surround yourself with people you love, and know that what happened to you was in no way your fault. If I knew your ex, I would personally kick him in the you know what hard enough to make sure he didn't hurt anyone else. >:S
Best to you.

Being raped does not mess up your cycle. I was raped by my ex-boyfriend in November of 2003, and that rape resulted in the birth of my 5th son. You are either pregnant, or your cycle could be changing. I bet that you are probably pregnant. And the answer to you having a miscarriage could that mess with your cycle, no it can't either.
