Of course not!
There are many factors involved, like personal satisfaction, personal achievement, and most important, doing something you like to do.

Um, No!

I work for slightly above minimum wage, not a great return for a job that has it's stressors. I do however love the customer service aspect of my job. Talking to people, helping them find what their looking for etc.

I also enjoy the sense of accomplishment I get when I see a completed part of my job, or housework.

Then of course there is volunteer work. I've just worked with Habitat for Humanity. I met great people, I learned many useful new skills I'll be able to apply to my own house, and I was helping to get another family off to a good start in my local community. I enjoyed this so much I'm staying on to help them in the neighbouring town to complete two more homes. There will also be others in this group who will be paying $1500 to go to Cuba I do beleive to do a Habitat home done there.

So no, there are many motivators to working.

Satisfaction, interaction, learning and personal development, incentives such as benefits, or other bonuses(trips etc)And of course $$$$$

NO, I do my work for free 1/2 the time. Passion is the best motivator and I'm thankful THAT's what drives me.

If it was, then I certainly would have never babysat as a teen, wouldn't work keeping the house in order, I wouldn't work to homeschool my boys, and I wouldn't work now as a graphics artist.

Some work is motivated by personal pleasure, some for practice, and some by money.

And regrettably, for all non-household work I have ever done, no one seems to want to pay me. Go figure.

definitely not as there is the satisfaction of accomplishment when a job is done. the thrill of having worked for what you have. the pride of helping others no matter how little are a few motivators for performing a job.

Nope, just about everyone who's won the lottery continues to hold a job of some kind or another. Work fulfills us in many more ways than just financially

NO, there are many things I am doing in my life right now, that I am not getting any money for at all, but what I do get is a good feeling that I have helped someone who was in diar straights. It could be me in their position who needed help and could not afford it. God has blessed me and I need to share those blessings with others.

what is money? it is the media through which one can earn the comfort to body, earn respect, earn fame, earn materialistic knowledge through education so many materialistic things but also it gives social service by donating to poor students/people,donating in case of natural calamity, expressing love to God by doing Hawan (which produces good products needs for the survival (purity) of water, air, sun, .......),giving to those who are dying because of illness or starving .... so many spiritual things. but some of these things can be earned through other means also. so money is only the transaction media.
but it is motivator for the people because it helps in earning most of the materialistic things.so it is not bad to earn money if it is utilised for the spiritualistic things.
as for as concern for any work , it depends on the person to person what does they like. if they gets enjoyment in the personnel comfort or earning materialistic things then money will be the only motivator for them but for those who want development, confidence and expertisation in work ,promotion, ... for them money may not be the only thing for their motivation.
