Initially my motivation was to make my body healthy. That still is a large part of it, but also now I see how I look. The gym I go to has mirrored walls, so all you see, all the time, is yourself. Self conscious at first I didnt like it much.. but now? Its great to see yourself running, lifting weights, and working hard to reach a goal you have set.
Its constant, ongoing, and it doesnt change.
Maybe an all women gym may help too.. I attend both one of those, and a co ed. I prefer the womens as we are all different shapes and sizes with a common ground. There's something about seeing an 80 year old woman walking around with free weights.. you're so proud of her, and want to be her when you get that old too...
Have fun!

Find anyone else to see with so you'll be able to push each and every different whether or not or not it's a buddy or big different. I have a organization of ladies who even have pursuits that I exercise with. My husband may be very stimulated and I am competative so we inspire each and every different. Plus I simply had my moment youngster so I desire to be equipped to hold up with them and be healthful adequate to peer grandkids a few day. You might additionally positioned a image of your self at the refrigerator or the pantry door in order that whenever you move to get a snack you're reminded that that is how you do not desire to appear anymore. Good success! As quickly as you could have the slightest motivation get relocating do not believe approximately it or you will not move! Put your pursuits wherein you'll see them day-to-day too!

The mirror! I started working out at the beginning of this year and it lasted from January-March and then bam I just stopped going. I was going like 3-5 times a week too. Over the summer I put on 12 pounds! Ahhhh!!! And I just started to go back this past Monday- because I put on a dress I bought back in March (one to wear for a wedding this week) and it was snug. Now I know that I am not going to loose anything for this weekend, but that was enough of a kick in the *** to get me going back. I also saw some pics of me taken over the summer- ewww. I now have my hubby take a pic a week of me (clothes on of course) but the site of my pudgy cheeks just makes me hate how I look. I am 5'2" and weigh 150 pounds- I use to be a gymnast so this is hard to look at in the mirror. But knowing that if I don't get healthy now then I won't be spending as much time with my husband and daughter is a good one. Wake up- look in the mirror!
