Ack!! I hate it! It's the same wallpaper all over our house. In every room! It's almost like some store was having a huge sale and the former owners bought up all of their inventory. It has about 4 different coats of paint on it, dark green, dark red, dark purple and then tan. I'm assuming it's been there forever since it's harder than ever to get off of the walls. I've tried a steamer too. No luck. Next summer, the walls are coming down!

NO!!! My bedroom walls are painted by previous owner, but they also put up a magnolia
blossom border, that, although I live in the South, is absolutely hideous and drives me crazy. It's on my list of things to change, but have made other changes, such as removing purple fruit patterned wallpaper through out my kitchen that previous owner left.

My bedroom walls are painted. We do have a wallpaper border at the top tho. It has rabbits on it. I like it very much. We've had it for 3 1/2 years now.

I'm not trying to be a smart ***, but they may have it at a store that decorates rooms for kids... I know some people who would love the idea of pink fuzzy wallpaper in their baby girl's bedroom.

No. It's self patterned and I've just painted it aubergine. Been on the walls for almost 100 years I'd say. Think the plaster would come off if I tried to strip it!

It has been like this for fours years now and in the new year it is COMING OFF!

Im 21 and live with my parents - havnt updated the walls since i was a child.
They put up a embosed victorian style wall paper before i was born then when i was born - THEY JUST PAINTED OVER IT WITH CREAM! LOL... its horrible - u can still see the victorian patten embossed through - ERGHHH Not nice - i make my room better by accessorising all over the place and wall art (that i created)...

There isn't wallpaper in my bedroom, but there is this ugly outdated wood type panelling all over it that I can't stand. It's been my bedroom's 'covering' forever.. and I can't get rid of it. My husband loves it, and we don't want to take it down because we don't know what we'd find behind it.

My husband thinks wall paper is evil. We have never had wall paper in our home and probably never will. It is a lot of work to get it off if you don't like it. It is easier to paint over old paint!
