My mother died of cancer 15 years ago. In asking this question, I want the people who say they HAVE called their mother a c&nt to think about how they'd feel if their mother died tomorrow.

Good question.....matter of fact I had an argument with her in November, haven't talked to her since and am wondering if I should give her a call.

First , I'm sorry you lost your mother. I have lost many family members 2 cancer as well. I don't know your age when that happened, but at any age I can imagine it hurts. If a son/daughter called their mom that name, even if the relationship is strained---they would hurt if she left this earth today or 2morrow. I personally never called my mom that name or any other name. I have 2 much respect 4 her, and she would tear me up from limb 2 limb. Even now that I'm grown with my own that would still apply. If I had a dream that I called her a name , it would be a nightmare. Mothers are always mis-understood, just wanting the best 4 their kids. People don't realize that until it's 2 late. I'm glad I had the opportunity to celebrate my moms 60th b-day with her.
I hope that you hold beautiful memories in your heart of your mom.

No because she is your mother and whatever she says may piss you off but if you really think careful about what she said you will find that what she says is right.

In this world no one cares more about you that you mother.

Even your girlfriend or wife or children or friends may leave you if they have to but a mother will always be there for you

Never in a zillion years would I ever dream of calling my MOM that filthy word. I respect my MOM.

Even if I didn't have respect for her...that word is something I would never use in my vocabulary....

Yes, because mine is.

I understand in most situations people should be respectful to their parents....

but my relationship with my mother is alot more complicated and she is extremely 2 faced, uses everyone, and even got us kids taken away by social services because of child abuse and neglect.

But, in most situations, you should be respectful to your parents, even if you disagree with them.
