I'm not saying that at times I don't lose my patience. But for the most part I am very patient. I think if you are comfortable with who you are and love yourself it's easier to understand someones situation that may need to grow up a little. Some people have a bad home life. Some kids are spoiled. Some people just wake up wanting confutation But you get to a place in your life that you accept the things you cannot change and change the things you can and have wisdom to know the difference. So when it comes right down to it consider the source and then maybe you'll have more patience to understand the source.

I have a tolerance scale that ranges from 1-15. If I hit 15, LOOK OUT! I can tolerate bratty children because I've noticed that if I stranger gives that child a disapproving look, that usually works. Unreasonable people are also easy to handle because I just choose not to deal with them.

I have learned to be tolerant of others.
Jesus commands: Love your neighbor as I have loved you.
Books of Luke , Matthew and Leviticus.
Yes, Its frustrating at times-people's behavior today seldom respects rights of others-but we endeavor to perservere.
Sometimes we have to show the way, so that others can learn
to be tolerant and nice.
Unreasonable parents tend to raise "spoiled-rotten" children.
So on a scale of 1 low 10 high-- I am An 8. which still leaves me
short of perfect and some room to "FUME"

I have VERY low tolerance for idiots...
My problem is that I classify most the general public as idiots, so staying home is such a nice thing for me.
I am NOT anti social I am simply annoyed by the general public & their children who seem to run loose and screaming through stores. The parents don't seem to appreciate it when I tell the children to knock it off and then are offended when I cheerfully say "At least I don't have to go home with that".
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaah but who cares... I voice my opinion and move one... life IS GOOD for I do not have to bring THOSE brats home or their parents !!
LIFE IS FAIR !!!

On a scale of 1 to 10, I'm a 2. No patience for stupidity and/or ignorance at all.

To be honest, I'm very patient. One time when I was on vacation, I waited over an hour and a half to use a pay phone to call my father. Some guy was on it forever! He was driving me nuts, but I just sat down and waited, and occasionally took eye contact with him and tapped my watch.
I wanted to walk over and whack him with the phone a few hundred times, but I didn't. =)
I'd rate myself an 8 out of 10 when it comes to patience.

I go nuts all the time. It seems that practically everything in the world annoys me. I just go around shouting at people and screaming at the universe in general.

I have been but honestly, my patience is really starting to run out. I like to think of myself as patient but everything has limits right?

I try to keep my cool. With children you have to take them aside and talk to them. Distract them from their bad behaviour and then talk to them, ask them why they are doing this or that and let them talk. Listen to them. Don't butt in.
